First lap is an anti-clockwise lap of the playing fields. The turning points will be marked by witches hats which are to be run around. Run between the cycle path and the flags on the western side of the playing fields.

The second lap is an out-and-back loop heading down the hill in a southerly direction. The turn around point is marked by a double witches hat at the bottom of the second hill. Return to the start/finish line.

The third lap is a clockwise lap of the playing fields, the same as the first lap but in reverse.

CAUTION: This race runs alongside and crosses the cycle path which may be used at any time by members of the public. Please be aware of cyclists on the path.
